Mirror therapy is often incorporated to clinical practice with goal of increasing functional use of an affected extremity. But often clinicians and patients become frustrated with lack of progress towards established goals. This presentation goes in depth with the history of how mirror therapy was first incorporated into clinical practice, how mirror therapy was incorporated into to Graded Motor Imaginary, appropriate patient populations and how to use this in practice.
